At 12Telve, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn

• Be unwashed

• Be free of stains, odors, or damage

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in original packaging when possible

• Be in the same condition in which they were received

• Include proof of purchase

Return Approval

All returns are subject to approval by 12Telve.

Returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. Approval of a return request does not guarantee approval of a refund.

Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance items

• Gift cards

• Limited-release products marked Final Sale

Condition of Returned Merchandise

• Alteration

• Damage

• Odors

• Missing tags

• Missing components

• Abuse of the return process

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was shipped

• The item arrived damaged

• A verified manufacturing defect exists

Inspection Requirement

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Items that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy may be returned to the customer without a refund.
